Yes! Free shipping worldwide on all orders. It's that simple we cover the shipping costs for you. Orders will receive a tracking number when the order is shipped, most orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Europe: 9-19 business days
UK: 9-19 business days
Australia: 12-18 business days
Canada: 10-19 business days
Rest of the World: 14-29 business days

Returns + Exchanges
Of course you can!
If 30 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
If you ordered an incorrect size item you can request an exchange in another size. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange you will be liable for the shipping costs on the item back to us and we will send you the correct sized item back to you for free. Please see our sizing charts on each product page to avoid this. If you're shipping an item to return or exchange we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking.
All orders on sale items are final. A no refund or exchange policy applies to sales items.

Sure no questions asked, just send the shoes back to us and we will issue you a full refund. Email us support@trackspikes.co for our return address.

If you received the wrong or a defective item please email us support@trackspikes.co with photos to verify. We will then send you a new product as soon as possible.
Not to worry, some of our products are sent from different warehouses so they maybe sent separately.

Yes all of our track spikes are a lightweight design to ensure maximum speed on the track.
We mainly produce sprint spikes, however we also have a range of middle distance and field event shoes.
Yes! Track spikes provide much greater traction than sneakers when running on a track. This enhanced traction transfers to more speed for the runner.
